2025 has witnessed significant changes so far, but one constant has been the hard work of the organizing teams behind Land Rover events.

Rovers North receives dozens of requests every year to support Land Rover activities all over the US and Canada. Whether long-standing rallies or new informal events, Rovers North is pleased to help promote and provide product and knowledge for over 50 events annually.

Many events help fund-raise for non-profit organizations. For example, at the Lowcountry Series rally in Charleston, SC last April, the Charleston Animal Society received $2,500 as the beneficiary selected by the organizers.

We cannot attend each event nor cover each one in this magazine, but you can share photos and descriptions of your event with us, as the Rover Owners of Virginia did from their annual Rovers at Wintergreen. We certainly enjoyed seeing photos (or receiving photos) from annual events such as SCARR (TX), The Weenie Roast (VT), NELRC 11th Annual (PA), Uwharrie Safari (NC), the OVLR Birthday Party and Rover Rendezvous (WA) of the Pacific Coast Rover Club.

If you’re really seeking a challenge, consider joining the Quadfecta, Jesse Coombs’ weeklong August trail run that features the hardest off-roading available: it starts with the Niagara Rim trails in California’s Stanislaus National Forest and ends along the famed Rubicon Trail network used by the Rovacon entrants. So far, eight vehicles, from Series Is to Range Rover Classic to a Discovery I have registered; it promises to be an exciting week of challenging off-roading in stunning locales, relaxing camping and camaraderie — and likely field repairs.

We commend all the enthusiasts who step up to invigorate and connect the Land Rover community.
